THE Creech Castle traffic lights are back on following another power failure this morning.
In a repeat performance of this time last Thursday, the lights went out and cones diverted traffic approaching the junction from Bridgwater Road and Bathpool.
Last week the problem was caused by a power cut which was later resolved by Western Power Distribution.
Today, Somerset County Council, which is responsible for highways, said the problem was down to a power supply problem and that Western Power Distribution had been called to the scene to resolve the problem.
Western Power Distribution said the lights went back on at about 11.15am.
For the full story, see the County Gazette next Thursday.
The lights also failed on March 25 this year.
