FIRMIN Peter Charles of Bradford-On-Tone, formerly of Bedfordshire died at home on 24th April 2024, aged 89. Beloved husband of Jennifer, father of Nicholas (dec'd), Timothy and Anne as well as a dear father-in-law, grandfather and great grandfather. A Service of Thanksgiving will take place at St Giles' Church, Bradford-on-Tone on Tuesday 14th May at 3pm. Everyone welcome. Family flowers only but donations, if desired, for Children's Hospice South West may be made by retiring collection or sent c/o the funeral directors: H Tredwin & Son, 15 & 17 North Street, Wellington, TA21 8LX, tel: 01823 672287.

Sadly a shock to hear of the news quite by chance on May 18th. Mr Firmin was an important figure in the middle part of my life and will always be remembered in my heart and mind. My sincerest condolences to all of the Firmin family for their loss and in particular Mrs Firmin, Tim and Anne at this very sad time.
